General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and kilo vip ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, products, and features available at kilo vip, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, slot games, Monster Dice, Beach Volleyball betting, promotions, bonuses, and customer support services.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager — whether for real money or in a promotional context — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any kilo vip service.

Definitions

• Account — a registered player profile on the kilo vip platform, held in the player's legal name and associated with a unique email address.
• Balance — the total of real-money funds held in a player's account, denominated in BDT, excluding any bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds — promotional credits awarded by kilo vip subject to wagering requirements and other bonus-specific conditions.
• Wager — any real-money or bonus-funded bet placed by the player on any game or market available on the platform.
• Verification — the identity and age confirmation process required before withdrawals are processed, consisting of submission of government-issued identification documents.
• Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) — UTC+6, the official time zone of Bangladesh, used as the reference time zone for all scheduling, session logging, and support operations on kilo vip.

Eligibility

Use of the kilo vip platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You do not hold an existing active or previously closed account on kilo vip under any name or identity.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of a kilo vip employee or contractor.
• Participation in online gaming is not prohibited by the laws applicable to your place of residence or location at the time of access.

Account Registration

To access real-money wagering on kilo vip, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. Registration is free of charge. By completing the registration form, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete, and you undertake to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide, at minimum, the following information:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identification document.
• A valid, unique email address that you own and control.
• A mobile phone number registered in your name in Bangladesh.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 18 years of age or older.

One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on kilo vip at any given time. The following situations constitute a breach of this rule and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Registering more than one account under any name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method.
• Registering a new account following a self-exclusion or account closure without the express written consent of kilo vip's compliance team.
• Allowing a third party to use your account credentials, or using credentials belonging to another player.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. kilo vip will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately via live chat at [email protected] (plain text — not clickable). kilo vip will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

Identity Verification (KYC)

kilo vip reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request is approved. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a Bangladeshi authority. Additional address verification may be requested. Accounts pending verification may have withdrawal functionality temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on kilo vip are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kilo vip does not apply currency conversion fees. The following rules govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, and direct bank transfer via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• Processing time: bKash and Nagad deposits typically credit to your kilo vip account balance within 30 seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• kilo vip does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payment methods not listed in the accepted methods above.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your kilo vip account.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements associated with the relevant promotion. Real-money balance withdrawals are not subject to wagering requirements.
• kilo vip reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000. These checks may extend the standard processing time and will be conducted in accordance with applicable financial compliance standards.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours for verified accounts. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional documentation is required.

Transaction Limits

Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set by the player as part of the responsible gaming toolkit available in account settings. These limits, once reduced, take immediate effect. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period. kilo vip may also apply platform-level transaction limits at its discretion, including during periods of elevated financial risk.

Bonus & Promotions

kilo vip offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general bonus terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players who have made at least one qualifying deposit, unless otherwise stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Players who have self-excluded or requested account closure are not eligible for bonuses.
• kilo vip reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility to specific player segments, geographic regions, or payment methods at its sole discretion.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless stated otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each individual promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all bonus wagering:

• Real-money balance is used for wagers before bonus funds unless the player chooses otherwise within account settings.
• Different game categories may contribute different percentages toward meeting wagering requirements — for example, live casino games may contribute at a lower rate than slots. Contribution rates are published per promotion.
• Bonus funds and any winnings accrued from bonus funds will expire if wagering requirements are not met within the time limit specified in the promotion's terms.

Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is identified, kilo vip reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, adjust the account balance to remove bonus-derived winnings, and in serious cases suspend or permanently close the account.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting, live in-play betting, and casino game wagering conducted through the kilo vip platform. Game-specific and market-specific rules may also apply and are published within the relevant game or market interface.

General Betting Conduct

• All bets are final once confirmed. kilo vip does not accept requests to cancel or amend a wager after it has been placed, except in circumstances where a manifest error has occurred (see below).
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game, market, and player account status. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface prior to bet placement.
• kilo vip reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single wager, series of wagers, or within any single session. Where applicable, maximum payout limits are displayed in the relevant market or game.
• All cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers series — are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published on the Cricket page.

Manifest Errors

A manifest error is an obvious and unambiguous mistake in the odds, lines, or game conditions presented on the platform — for example, offering 100/1 odds on a clear favourite due to a data feed error. kilo vip reserves the right to void any wager placed on the basis of a manifest error, regardless of whether the wager has already been settled. Players will be notified of any void and the relevant stake will be returned to their account balance.

Suspicious Activity and Match Integrity

kilo vip is committed to the integrity of all sporting events and casino games available on the platform. We cooperate with sporting bodies, game studios, and relevant authorities in matters relating to match-fixing, cheating, or fraud. Any player found to have placed wagers based on inside information, in coordination with event participants, or as part of any scheme to manipulate outcomes will have their account suspended and all associated winnings voided.

Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or platform outage during an active session, kilo vip will attempt to reconstruct the session state from server-side logs. Where the outcome of a game or bet cannot be confirmed with certainty due to a technical failure, the stake will be returned to the player's balance. kilo vip is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

User Obligations

By using the kilo vip platform, you agree to abide by the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, or permanent account closure at kilo vip's discretion.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and update that information promptly if it changes. You must not impersonate any other person, register under a false name, or use identity documents that do not belong to you.

Lawful Use

You must use kilo vip solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, financing of illegal activity, or circumvention of any financial regulation applicable in Bangladesh or in any jurisdiction from which you access the platform.

No Automated Access

You must not use automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other non-human access method to interact with the kilo vip platform, including for the purposes of placing wagers, claiming bonuses, harvesting data, or testing game outcomes.

Respectful Conduct

You must engage with kilo vip's support team and any community features on the platform in a respectful, non-abusive manner. Harassment, threatening language, hate speech, or discriminatory behaviour directed at support agents or other users will result in immediate account suspension.

Self-Monitoring

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that it is your responsibility to monitor your own gambling behaviour. kilo vip provides responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — to assist you in this. You are encouraged to use these tools proactively. Intellectual Property

All content published on the kilo vip platform — including but not limited to the kilo vip brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, written content, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of kilo vip or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kilo vip platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or publish any kilo vip content without express written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any kilo vip software.
• Create derivative works based on kilo vip content or brand assets.
• Use any kilo vip trademark, logo, or brand name in connection with any third-party product, service, or promotional material without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

kilo vip provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, accurate, and error-free operation of the platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of errors, and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Scope of Liability

• Loss of winnings or account balance resulting from technical failures, internet outages, or circumstances beyond kilo vip's reasonable control.

• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any indirect loss or damage arising from your engagement with third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any partner bank.

Gambling Risk Acknowledgement

You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that losses are a normal and expected outcome of gambling activity. kilo vip is an entertainment platform; it does not guarantee returns, profits, or specific outcomes. You agree to wager only amounts you can afford to lose without affecting your essential financial obligations or personal wellbeing.

Account Closure

Either you or kilo vip may initiate account closure at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Player-Initiated Closure

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team via live chat. Before closure is confirmed, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment account, subject to identity verification. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon closure unless they have already met all applicable wagering requirements.

Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is a responsible gaming tool that allows you to suspend access to your kilo vip account for a defined period. Self-exclusion options range from 24 hours to permanent. • Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Identified use of automated tools, bots, or cheating software.
• Confirmed underage gambling.
• Any behaviour that poses a risk to the safety, security, or integrity of the platform or other players.

Where kilo vip closes an account due to a Terms breach, any balance arising from legitimate deposits that have not been subject to wagering requirements may be returned at kilo vip's sole discretion after a compliance review. Winnings derived from exploitative or fraudulent activity will be voided.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law and the terms of the platform's operating framework. kilo vip operates as an international online entertainment platform.

By using the kilo vip platform, you confirm that you have independently assessed the legal status of online gaming in your jurisdiction and that you access and use the platform entirely at your own risk and legal responsibility. kilo vip does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution

Our team will endeavour to resolve any dispute within 72 hours of receipt of a complete written complaint. kilo vip's internal resolution decision shall be considered final in respect of all operational matters falling within the scope of these Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be construed as if the severed provision had never been included.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and kilo vip with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

kilo vip's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be agreed in writing by an authorised representative of kilo vip to be effective.
